Conduct a preliminary investment analysis of the existing portfolio plus an analysis of the tax implications or mutual fund expenses. A report is written on our findings, focusing on the strengths and weaknesses of the portfolio.

Assist the client in formulating and implementing a five-year investment strategy. (Consult your tax professional before engaging in any recommended strategy.)

• Provide a quarterly "Portfolio Overview" performance report.
• Provide statistical and fundamental analysis of the stock and bond holdings.
• Conduct a meeting or conference call with the client to review the information provided and discuss possible portfolio changes. Winans International also has video conferencing capabilities through Sightspeed.

Terms:

• Client will provide the cost basis and dates of purchase on all investments currently in the portfolio.
• Client will set up the account so that Winans International will receive monthly brokerage statements and electronic downloads from the brokerage houses.
• Since we are not managing the portfolio, we do not review the assets on a daily basis.
• We do not make trades within the portfolio and will not conduct analyses during market hours.
• Minimum account size is $100,000.

Fees:

The fee is billed at $250 per hour (in 15 minute increments) plus expenses (Travel & Lodging, Copies, Shipping & Postage, etc.).

Fees are paid on a quarterly basis. The Client will receive an invoice showing the amount of the fee, the specific manner in which the Winans International fee was calculated, and any late fees imposed on the account. Investment consulting fees are usually tax deductible for most clients.
